Customer Care Superstar Opportunity! 40 consistent hours per week available

Zenify Me is expanding rapidly and receiving excellent customer feedback since it has launched.

The team is made up of great customer service representatives from all around the world, and we would love to have you on board.

We are looking for someone to help us in managing our client’s website live chat.  We have all the systems, policies and procedures already in place so that it will be easy for you to get
started in the role. We will also provide weekly training to ensure that you can excel in the role.

We would like someone who can work for us part time, 8 hours per day during Australian EST (GMT +10) business hours (8am-5pm).

You will need the following to apply:
– Internet connection and ability to work from home.
– Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
– Be able to follow set tasks, systems and procedures.
– Be able to deliver a report weekly to the company managers​
